Ensure, Lifegain, Replace and Herbalife are nutritional shakes that have been on the market for years. How do they compare to The Daily Shake?

First, notice their actual monthly cost for 30 servings. Containers often contain less than 10 servings. A R200 price point works out to over R700 for a month’s supply.
Second, they usually contain only vitamins and minerals. There are no amino acids, no gut support, no collagen, no brain benefits etc. So you would have to add those ingredients separately. Which adds to the cost, making it dramatically more expensive.
Third, a lot of them are predominantly sugar or sweeteners with milk powder, not a good nutritional choice.
The Daily Shake is more cost effective, has more nutrients, and less artificial sweeteners than other nutritional shakes on the market.
