How long is a subscription?
There is no minimum length, and you can cancel any time.
How do I pay?
- We use PAYFAST for subscriptions. Our other payment options are not available for subscriptions unfortunately.
- We do not keep any credit card details, the payments are all handled by PAYFAST, the leading payment provider in South Africa.
- Every time your order renews, Payfast will automatically charge your card, and we will send your order.
How do I manage my subscription?
You can Cancel and Reactivate your subscription, or change your address, or change your payment info on your account page.
- Go to the My Account on our website by clicking the person icon π€ on the top right.
- Log in if you are not already.
- Click “My subscription” on the menu on the left. You can now:
- SUSPEND your subscription. This pauses the subscription until you want to reactivate it. You will not be charged while it is suspended.
- CANCEL your subscription. This cancels the subscription. We will need to confirm on our side, but you will not be charged any more. You will have to place a new order if you wish to subscribe again.
- REACTIVATE your subscription. This will start your subscription that was suspended again.
- CHANGE ADDRESS. You can change your delivery address with this option. Don’t forget to save your changes.
- CHANGE PAYMENT. You can change your payment method on Payfast here if you need to update your card details. This option is only visible if your subscription is Active.
- RENEW NOW. This will place a renewal order immediately in case you do not want to wait for your next renewal date.
How do I add a product to my subscription?
If you would like to add a product to an existing subscription:
- Go to the product page of the product you want to add.
- Click “Subscribe from R… a month“
- Check below the Sign up now button for a checkbox that says “Add to an existing subscription?“
- Tick the box.
- Click the “Add to subscription” button.
- You are done!
