I grew up in a household that always had that natural bent. No doctors, lots of homeopathy and lots and lots of natural supplements. We even had a supplement business. But the problem I always had was the convenience aspect. Taking out 12 different bottles, and remembering 1 or 2 caps, and whether it was a morning dose or an evening dose just seemed a bit much.
Multivitamins should be the solution. But have you seen how little of everything there is in there? And then I had kids. Try getting a 3 year old to swallow 5 capsules. Watching my wife spend 15 minutes every morning putting out capsules for all of us got to be too much. And so, I figured, there has to be a better way.
