I just finished a 60hr fast, drinking water only. Whenever I had a little lightheadedness, or hunger, I would have some water with the Great Shakes Hydration Powder in it, and the feelings would go away. Usually you feel sluggish, grumpy and even nauseous. I suffered no issues and was still feeling super strong at 60hrs and could have gone on longer. Keen to try a 100hr fast now using this product!
Would love it in a bigger size
What I love about this product is that it’s not sweet! I now enjoy every long MTB ride with a bottle that hydrates fast. Less cramping, less thirst. It’s works well. I also add it to my daily water intake. Every sip is satisfying and thirst quenching. Can’t stress enough that it’s a good electrolyte mix without the sweetness! That’s a game changer for me. every drop of water I now take has some of this.
Just started using it ,I’ll wait few days before reviewing it. I’m sure it will be worth it.
