Live and in person!
If you've watched a Netflix series, you may have picked up on the formula by now. Really gripping first episode, expand the story for 3 episodes, then have a random backstory episode, and then finish the season on a cliffhanger.
This is the random backstory newsletter. Or maybe just a bit more behind the scenes.
First up, we are working with new manufacturers that are certified FSSC 22000. Which is basically a fancy way of saying they are independently audited to make sure they (and us) know what they are doing and the final product is top notch. They will also be packing The Daily Shake in foil pouch for an extra layer of protection. We had to upgrade to a larger jar to fit the pouch, but the same amount will be inside. There have been a couple delays, but hopefully everything will be smooth sailing from next week.
Second, we will be exhibiting at The Organic and Natural Products Expo at Cape Town ICC from 28-30 March. We may have a competition or two running, so come visit and meet the crazy, I mean genius, behind Great Shakes.
Third, one comment I get a lot on Facebook is "This is so expensive!" My reply? That's nothing! Similar products exist, in various forms. AG1 is similar, but with a focus on greens, not amino acids and collagen. It's price? $99 or R1800 a month. Or Momentum Shake is an option, at $150 or R2750 a month! And of course if you were to buy all the ingredients separately, well, it was over R5000 last I checked.
If you want one shake to rule them all, buy local and it is waaaay cheaper!
