Is my head still screwed on?
Out of sight, out of mind. Unlike our Black Friday special which is down below.
It's why kids are so noisy, you'd probably forget them otherwise. Like the time I waited at school from 1:30pm till 4pm and then walked home, in the days before cell phones obviously. Thanks dad!
But how do you forget your own product?
Not sure, but I did it. Part of my routine is Daily Shake in the morning, Better Sleep Hot Chocolate in the evening. And recently, I ran out of stock of the Hot Chocolate. No biggy, I'll wait till I've got more. Only I forgot to start taking it again when I got it. Really!
I monitor my sleep with my watch, and get a graph on my phone. Lots of dark blue is good sleep, lots of light blue is not. This is my sleep graph when I forgot to use my own product...

And this is my graph after I got my brain back into gear and had my Sleep Hot Chocolate again. See all that wonderful dark blue?

Safe to say, I was not my usual sprightly self without it, as I'm sure my kids will confirm.
After I remembered to start using it again, DUH!, I got much better sleep. Of course, my 3 year old decided to wake with birds, but smothering him with a pillow is frowned upon. I now keep the Hot Chocolate on the counter so it's not of sight.
And in case you're awake at 0:01am this Sunday, you can take advantage of our...
