This body isn't big enough for the both of us.

Yesterday was a day. It involved bitten fingers, torn shirts and bumped heads. My little guy was enjoying a marshmallow when he bit his own finger. Tears. Then the two are rough housing, and his shirt gets torn. Tears. Then, as per usual, just before bed he is full of excitable energy. So he jumps on the couch and bangs his head on the solid wood back. And... You guessed it, tears.

The question is why? Well, the mental state and the physical state are inexorably (like really really) linked. A bad emotional state leads to physical issues and vice versa. So a late night + last day of holidays treats = TEARS.
