I like the double donut!
We recently went to a water park. You know the ones with rides called crazy names like "The Viper" and "The Dungeon."
There's a standard water park protocol. First, you have to stake your spot. Then you try each ride. Then you pick your favorite and do that a couple more times. Then you start to chafe. Then the sunburn starts to get noticable. Then the legs start aching as you puff your way up the stairs for the hundredth time.
Eventually it becomes a matter of trying to convince everyone which rides to go on which is about as easy as negotiating peace in the Middle East. One person wants to do The Temple of Courage, but someone complains of the inevitable wedgie. Someone else wants to do The Lazy River, but "someone's" arms get tired of paddling. Consensus is seldom reached.
Because people are different. Like men and woman are different.
When I developed The Daily Shake it was meant to be all things to all people. But some friends started asking for a little something else that was close to their heart. Men friends. Women friends. Balding friends. Friends with just a hint of extra weight.
And so, I've been working on a Women's Boost and a Men's Boost. A powder that you can just scoop into your Daily Shake and get that little bit extra for what you specifically need.
The Women's Boost is to help balance hormones which will help mood, energy, PMS and menopause symptoms, even a little weight loss. It includes ingredients like ashwaganda, dong quai, fenugreek, maca, mucuna pruriens, rhodiola rosea, sceletium, shilajit and others. The Men's Boost is to help reduce fat, build muscle, increase testosterone, improve mood and libido, and maybe grow back some hair. It includes creatine, dong quai, saw palmetto, tribulus terrestris, tongkat ali and others.
