Comparison is the thief of joy. Unless...
It's natural. When I was in Class 1 (before Grades became a thing) it was comparing lunches. (Peanut butter on bread. Jam if I was really good.) Later on it was pencil cases, I used to dream of a SpaceCase! After that skateboards. Always something to compare with your friends.
Until that one day, when you had the best. It may have been for just a moment, but you probably remember it. That smug look, and the strut.
So maybe a little comparison is good. Obviously, I'm still doing it. My kids ARE the best. And my supplements? I'll let you judge.
The Daily Shake is quite groundbreaking. But it does have some competitors.
AG1 is touted by Andrew Huberman and has a massive following, but it costs about R4 500 a month in South Africa. Digestive Vibrance is another great product for gut health, but is limited in ingredients. And Herbalife has been around for ages, but I'd never really gone through the ingredients.
So how does The Daily Shake hold up? Well, I made a handy chart comparing them.
